DESCRIPTION:Please accept this invitation for you to make space for yourself. To find rest and reprieve in the sound and its vibrations. To give yourself the opportunity to let go, to connect to the space where your inner peace resides, where your true-self waits patiently. Offer yourself time to settle in, to simply be and allow your body to receive what it needs.\nI would love for you to join me in finding that place of rest, a place to recover and a place to heal your physical, emotional and energetic bodies while you take in all the sounds of nature and the instruments.\nDuring the Sound Immersion, various instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls and gongs (and so much more), will fill the space, allowing you to move into a state of deep relaxation. In this place, your body is offered the opportunity to release stress, relax, and shift your frequencies, raising your vibrations.\nAttendees are asked to bring their own props. I suggest, at a minimum, a yoga mat and two blankets. I also encourage bringing a pillow, knee support, an eye pillow and warm layers, including socks. Anything and everything you need to relax. Comfort is most important.
