Gather Northport Rental Agreement (Full House)

Gather Northport is located at 110 S. Bay Street in Northport, MI. The house was designed for a slow living experience. With this in mind we invite you disconnect digitally and reconnect with one another in meaningful ways through playing games, listening to music, walking the village and exploring the nearby trails.

We ask you to also abide by the following rules:

No parties or events allowed unless discussed in advanced.
No smoking.
No pets.
No unregistered guests.
Please refrain from eating food or drinking beverages other than water in the beds.
Please respect our neighbors by respecting the quiet hours from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am.
Please return the key to the lock box when leaving the house. Lost keys incur a $25 replacement fee.
Please take care of the furnishings. Additional fees will be required for damages that exceed cleaning fee.
Please do not rearrange the furniture.
Please take the trash out to the garage before you leave.
No weapons or illegal substances allowed on the premises.

Maximum Occupancy

The maximum number of guests is limited to 8 persons. Please reach out if you would like additional guests. A fee per person per night in addition to the nightly rate may be assessed.

Term of the lease

The retreat rental lease begins at 3:00 pm on the check-in date and ends at 11:00 am on the check-out date. Failure to adhere to the check-out time may result in an additional late fee set at $50 unless discussed in advance of the stay.

Minimum Stay

This property requires a 2 night minimum stay. If rental is taken for less than 2 days, the guest will be charged the nightly rate unless arranged in advance with homeowner.

Access

Guest(s) shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair, inspection or emergency. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner by giving at least 2 hours notice (unless in case of emergency).

Rental rate:

Payment in full is due to reserve the space. If you need a payment plan, please reach out to Brianne at 231-499-2120.

Cancellation Policy:

100% refund up to 30 days before arrival

50% refund up to 14 days before arrival

The homeowner may also be entitled to cancel the Guest stay early if house rules are broken during the rental period.
